Nanny & Home Staff Application

Requirements to be placed on The Mtoto Agency Nanny and Home Staff 
1. Must be at least 21 years old and a high school graduate to be considered for jobs
2. At least two years of professional experience, preferably outside of family.  
3. CPR and First Aid certified
4. Have reliable transportation and car insurance. 
5. Consent to and pass a background check 
6. Legally authorized to work in the US
7. 3 work and character references
8. Must be able to write and speak fluent English.
9. There are no fees to become registered with The Mtoto Agency.
10. All applicants applying for full or part time positions are required to have an up to date resume. We also strongly encourage nannies to have a nanny portfolio. 
 
How to connect with families:
1. Fill out our home staff application.
2. Once the application has been submitted and reviewed, we will then set up an in person interview.
3. Reference, employment and background check
