Mtoto Auntie Services - DFW
By booking and utilizing the Mtoto Auntie Service, the Client (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agrees to the following terms and conditions.
Service Relationship
The Mtoto Auntie Service is provided exclusively through The Mtoto Agency. All Aunties are hired and managed by the agency and are not available for private or independent hire.
Booking & Hours
All services must be scheduled through The Mtoto Agency. Any additional hours beyond the originally scheduled service must be requested, approved, and purchased directly through The Mtoto Agency. Payments for services may not be made directly to the Auntie under any circumstances.
Non-Solicitation & Non-Circumvention
Client agrees not to solicit, retain, or engage any Mtoto Auntie for services outside of The Mtoto Agency during or after the service period. This includes, but is not limited to, private arrangements, recurring work, or paid or unpaid services.
Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of services and may be subject to additional fees or legal action.
Payments
All payments must be made directly to The Mtoto Agency. Failure to submit payment for scheduled or completed services may result in suspension of future bookings.
Cancellations & Changes
Any changes or cancellations must be communicated directly to The Mtoto Agency in accordance with the agency’s scheduling policies. Any purchased Auntie services can be transferred to another date
Professional Conduct
Clients agree to maintain a respectful and professional environment. The Mtoto Agency reserves the right to discontinue services if inappropriate, unsafe, or disrespectful behavior occurs.
Limitation of Liability
The Mtoto Agency is not responsible for circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Clients agree to release and hold harmless The Mtoto Agency and its Aunties from claims arising from normal service activities, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
