Stephanie Bauchum, founder and owner of The Mtoto Agency, has over 13 years of professional nanny and private household management experience. From offering domestic and worldwide nanny services, Stephanie has a heart for connecting professional nannies with loving families. She has created the first apparel line for Nannies, Nanny Tees, and hosts luxury self care events for caregivers. She is also a co-founder of Nubian Nannies, a professional networking group of black Nannies. Stephanie, along with her sister, have been featured in Essence Magazine which highlighted her music business, Bauchum Sisters Music. She has been featured on multiple blogs and was a guest on the TV show, The Broadcast, Good Morning Texas and in D Magazine. With a growing network, Stephanie strives to encourage others to live a life of genuine joy and gratitude.

Brooke Talley, is originally from west Texas, and has been in the DFW area since 2014. She’s a mother to two sweet boys, and the wife to her high school sweetheart Chris. Brooke has worked in the medical field since high school and started babysitting around the same time. Most recently, Brooke was a nanny to a sweet family for last 3 years, and is currently in nursing school.

Fun fact - Brooke lives on a farm and has 2 pet mini pigs, and 21 chickens. She look forward to meeting all of you and is excited to connect you with qualified candidates.
